AZIZAN JAAFAR

He was in PriceWaterhouseCoopers and a local investment bank in his early career days. Later on, he became one of the pioneer employees in a lending institution set up by Ministry of Finance Malaysia specializing in lending activities to Information Communication and Technology (ICT) industry. This is where he gained credit and lending knowledge and experience.
With all the above experience, he later on set up his own corporate consultancy company focusing on fund raising and corporate dealing. During the time, he was also appointed as Grant Commercial Panel to Malaysian Development Corporation Berhad (MDEC).
He was also holding a Senior Finance position in various companies involving the business of housing construction, civil construction, project management, oil and gas and schedule waste management.
Among his biggest responsibility was to set up a finance department, to seek funding and end financing as well as to spearheading a National Project ie. the construction of 20,000 units of National Affordable Houses for FELDA Second Generation with a gross development value of close to RM3.0 billion. During that time, he needs to report to the Prime Minister of Malaysia on periodically basis due the national important of the project
He was also previously employed as a Vice President, Internal Audit to one of the local development bank in Malaysia (EXIM Bank) which his role is to heading an audit team for the purpose to audit the operation and information technology infrastructure of the bank.
He has a Bachelor (Hons) in Accountancy from University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom and also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) from a well-known accountancy college in London. He is also an authorised consultant to market and distribute unit trust scheme which is licensed under Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM)
He is currently the Group Chief Financial and Business Strategy Officer for Perak Economic Corporation Ltd. (PSB), the business and investment arm of the official state council of Perak, overseeing the development of the palm oil, healthcare, and real estate sectors across the state of Perak, Malaysia.

Reven Nath, founder of Ironclad Capital has independently led the evaluation of multiple acquisition opportunities across industries such as furniture manufacturing, beauty skincare, electrical components, printing services, and bitumen manufacturing. Handling the majority of the due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations himself, Reven has gained valuable hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). These efforts have deepened his understanding of identifying opportunities with sound financials, sustainable operations, and strategic growth potential.
With over six years of expertise in negotiation, sales, and deal structuring, along with 2 years as Assistant Manager in his family’s supply chain business, Reven Nath brings a wealth of experience to Ironclad Capital. He holds a double degree in Finance and Economics from Taylor’s University and the University of the West of England, equipping him with a solid foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning.
Reven’s proficiency extends to accounting, financial analysis, e-commerce, and digital marketing. As a former Business Development Manager at German Thyssenkrupp Elite Elevator, he excelled in converting warm leads into actionable opportunities, conducting construction feasibility assessments, and delivering persuasive product presentations to B2B and B2C decision-makers. His efforts drove significant revenue growth and established a track record of results-driven leadership.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance across diverse industries, including banking, consulting, oil and gas, government, and IT, Fikri has held key roles at Schlumberger Business Support Hub Sdn Bhd, Hewlett Packard Multimedia Sdn Bhd, PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, PEMANDU Associates Sdn Bhd, Agrobank, Pharmaniaga Berhad, and Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd. His expertise includes finance transformation, strategic projects, planning and budgeting, cost management, financial analysis and reporting, audit, management accounting, tax management, corporate finance, treasury, and policy making. He handles projects in the range of RM 2 million.

Having more than 15 years of experience in the legal profession, he had previously served as Corporate Partner in two (2) prominent law firms in Malaysia and served as in-house counsel at a number of organisations such as Hess Oil & Gas Sdn. Michael Shea is a seasoned transactional attorney with deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships across both domestic and international markets. With a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a BA from Brown University, he combines world-class academic credentials with decades of hands-on deal-making experience. Throughout his career, Michael has been involved in hundreds of M&A deals, giving him an exceptional breadth of experience in deal structuring, negotiation strategy, and cross-border legal complexities.
Previously serving as Deputy General Counsel at Rakuten Marketing, Michael led the firm’s M&A, investment, and strategic partnership initiatives.
